What airlines do you use?

We use only pet friendly European airlines such as Swiss Air, Lufthansa, Air France, Vueling etc.

Can I use my miles to purchase/ upgrade my flights?

Unfortunately we need to make all relevant bookings on your behalf and as such you won't be able to use your miles for our packages. We have had issues with customers booking their own flights and then not being able to fly with the pet so we no longer allow.

How far in advance do I need to confirm my holiday dates?

We require a minimum of 5 months advanced booking for all our packages. We also have limited slots available per month so it is subject to availability. Do book 6 months in advance for Peak seasons like school holiday period.

What accomodations are included in the package?

We only use vetted 4-star hotels and apartments following Singaporean's standard of hotels. All the accommodations are pet friendly with ample space for luggage & pet, surrounded by greenery to ensure easy toilet for your furkid.

Is travel completely without quarantine for the pets?

Yes, we handle all aspects of the pet travel from vet visits to pet paperwork to and fro to ensure a smooth travel for you. Just choose which package you're keen on and sit back, relax and prepare to enjoy your pawsome holiday!

Is Paragliding with my pet safe?

We pride ourselves on ensuring your furkid is comfortable, safe and happy during the trip. As such, we have personally sourced, tested and gone through the necessary safety procedures and harness setup with our trusted paragliding partner.

My pet is heavier than 7kg. Can I still travel with you?

As we use commercial airlines to keep costs affordable for more pawrents, we need to adhere to airline rules. For in cabin with you, your furkid will need to be under 7kg max weight for pet. The lightest carrier we have found is about 1kg so total weight is 8kg including bag.

Anything above this weight, your pet will need to fly in cargo which is pressure and temperature controlled. This area is separate from the luggage hold. Flat nosed breeds above 7kg will not be able to travel.

My dog cannot stay comfortably in the bag for hours, I'm worried about the long flight.

We hear you and highly recommend bag training leading up to the trip. As we require 5 month advance booking, you will have ample time to get your dog used to their travel carrier.

It's not necessary to be perfectly able to sleep in the bag, our mascot can't stay in for more than 45mins as she is easily distracted and wants to play. Travel however is perfectly fine as we book only night flights.

Why don't you do Asia travel? Flights are shorter and we feel safer with the distance.

Unfortunately, Asia isn't the most pet friendly and there aren't any direct flights available for pet in cabin travel to the ones that do not require quarantine eg. Japan.

With the transfer time required (pets not allowed out of bag), the travel duration is almost the same as a direct flight to Europe where the pets can sleep throughout.

Asia pet friendly locations are also far apart and we have found the experience not as rewarding for the time spent.
